Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Trial Site Solutions Director to lead the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN) remotely, with preference near Boston, NY, or other hubs. You will define the network strategy, shape the product roadmap, and coordinate with Clinical Operations, Product/Engineering, and Marketing to accelerate site engagement and study routing.

You will build relationships with health systems, negotiate terms, and drive adoption of scalable processes, while traveling to sites and sponsors

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare, trials, or regulated environments.
• 3+ years building or scaling a network or partner program with clinics.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with health systems or sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for scientific audiences.
