Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Trial Site Solutions Director to develop, build, and scale the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN). The role focuses on strategic direction, member engagement, and cross-functional coordination with Clinical Operations, Product/Engineering, and Finance.

This remote leadership role reports to the Chief Business Officer and requires 7+ years in healthcare or trials, with a track record building networks and managing site partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare, trials, or regulated health environments; 3+ years building or scaling networks.
• Proven ability to design, launch, and grow a structured partner program with sites or clinics.
• Strong cross-functional influence to align engineering, product, marketing, and legal toward a shared roadmap.
• Experience negotiating contracts MSAs or revenue-sharing with institutional partners.
• Comfort using data to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with scientific audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for the TSN.
• Set product vision for TSN platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering to prioritize platform features and act as primary stakeholder for site-facing capabilities.
• Build and oversee patient recruitment capabilities and enrollment workflows.
• Match sponsor and study demand to qualified member sites and route opportunities.
• Define and own commercial terms of network membership and value exchange for sites and Beacon.
• Own institutional relationships, MSAs, and master service agreements.
• Develop the TSN operating model and roadmap from framework to fully operating network.
• Direct sourcing and qualification eligibility for candidate sites.
• Manage site-facing communications, templates, and onboarding materials.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and upgrade/downgrade pathways for membership levels.
• Shape how TSN membership is presented to sponsors and CROs.
