Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Trial Site Solutions Director to design, grow, and scale the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN). You will align clinical trials operations with diagnostics priorities, define the strategic direction, and own the vendor and site partner ecosystem.

The role reports to the Chief Business Officer and collaborates across Operations, BD, Product, Marketing and Legal. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in healthcare or regulated environments with network-building

Qualificações

• 7+ years in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare
• Experience building/scaling a network, community, or partner program with clinics or trial sites
• Strong cross-functional influence, coordinating engineering, product, marketing, and legal stakeholders
• Comfort using data to track performance and report program health
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with institutional partners (health systems, MSAs, revenue sharing)
• Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility and enrollment considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communication for scientific audiences

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategic vision and multi-year direction for the TSN
• Set the product vision for TSN platform capabilities and a coherent roadmap
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to prioritize TSN platform needs
• Oversee enrollment and recruitment support with data inputs such as EHR matching
• Match sponsor demand to qualified sites and manage routing of opportunities
• Define and own commercial terms of network membership and value exchange
• Own institutional relationships including health system contracting and MSAs
• Grow the network from framework to operating model with clear milestones
• Direct sourcing/qualification criteria for member sites and tiers
• Own site-facing communications, onboarding, and recertification communications
• Establish KPIs, governance, and upgrade/downgrade pathways
• Position TSN membership to sponsors and CROs with evidence of site readiness
