Job summary

Plus One, an Optum Company, seeks a Director of Technology, Infrastructure & Security to shape our technology strategy and modernization efforts. You will lead cybersecurity, cloud, networks, and key platforms, while driving AI and automation initiatives to boost productivity and decision-making.

You'll partner with executives to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic tech partnerships, building a high-performing, accountable team focused on service and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, information systems or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting multi-site or remote workforces.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, endpoints, cloud tech and security best practices.
• Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives, manage complex projects and vendor relationships.
• Experience budgeting technology investments and translating tech concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with goals and growth priorities.
• Serve as strategic adviser on technology investments, modernization, and risk.
• Lead the cybersecurity program, governance and compliance across applicable frameworks.
• Oversee cloud services, infrastructure, networks, endpoint management, and key platforms.
• Partner with leaders to implement AI and automation to boost productivity and decisions.
• Direct technology projects, system integrations, continuity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead, coach, and develop the technology team with a culture of innovation and service.
