Job summary

Cribl seeks a Director of Product Management for Security Products to own the next wave of Cribl’s security portfolio. You will shape scope, evaluate opportunities beyond Detect, and decide build, partner, or buy.

You’ll lead funded initiatives from initial customer conversations through launch and growth, ensuring native integration with Cribl Detect. You’ll lead with security depth, drive market analysis, customer discovery, and a clear implementation plan, and partner with Marketing, Sales,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or closely related role.
• 5+ years building security products.
• Experience leading or mentoring PMs across engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Strong ability to evaluate markets, build business cases, and make clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the next wave of Cribl security products.
• Lead the product from 0 to 1 and beyond with engineering.
• Develop business cases for build/partner/buy options and roadmaps.
• Ensure new capabilities integrate with Cribl Detect on a shared data model.
