Rochester Regional Health in the United States is seeking a Director of Sales & Operations Planning to lead the end-to-end planning process, aligning demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial plans across the organization.

You will develop integrated planning models, drive cross-functional collaboration, and establish a single business plan to support data-driven decisions and executive alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP/IBP or related roles.
• 3 years in progressive leadership experience.
• 3–5 years in a leadership position driving cross-functional planning.
• Demonstrated experience implementing S&OP/IBP processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• S&OP Design, Implementation, And Launch
• Design and implement a comprehensive S&OP framework with calendars, inputs/outputs, and decision rights.
• Lead rollout and launch of S&OP across the company, including pilot cycles and full deployment.
• Establish standard S&OP cycle with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Drive change management, train stakeholders, and coach leaders.
• Demand, Supply, And Capacity Modeling
• Build aggregate demand planning models combining forecasts and market insights.
• Develop supply and capacity planning models translating demand into feasible plans.
• Create integrated scenario models to support executive decisions.
• Align inventory targets with demand and supply plans.
• New Product And Portfolio Planning
• Develop NPI and lifecycle planning models integrated into S&OP.
• Partner with Product/Clinical/Commercial to translate launches into plans.
• Ensure visibility of NPI plans in the S&OP cycle.
• Cross-Functional Alignment And Executive Facilitation
• Serve as enterprise owner of S&OP, align across functions.
• Facilitate monthly executive S&OP meeting and drive consensus.
• Document decisions and cascade into functional plans.
• Process Governance, Systems, And Continuous Improvement
• Define S&OP policies and governance; establish KPIs.
• Lead selection or enhancement of S&OP/IBP tools and analytics.
• Benchmark practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership And Stakeholder Development
• Build and lead a planning team; develop capabilities in planning and analytics.
• Coach leaders on planning discipline and scenario thinking.
