Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Risk Adjustment Regulatory Audits to lead the strategy and execution of external regulatory audits nationwide. This remote role emphasizes strong operational processes, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Humana’s teams and regulators.

You will drive audit workflow efficiency through technology and data insights, manage resources and partnerships, and report to the Associate VP, Risk Adjustment Compliance. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project and people leadership experience.
• 8-10+ years in strategic operations, analytics, including process improvement and stakeholder influence.
• 5+ years of program development and management, leveraging metrics and performance reporting to track results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute external risk adjustment regulatory audits to minimize financial impact.
• Establish and manage reporting, tracking, and analytics of audit results.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Quality Cost & Strategy, market risk adjustment and regulatory teams.
• Drive audit workflow improvements with technology solutions and data analytics.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies throughout the audit process and manage team goals and budgets.
