Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director, Risk Management to identify and analyze potential loss, implement controls, and minimize risk across the organization. You will supervise a team, drive audit readiness, and ensure regulatory reporting reflects operations.

You will coordinate risk assessments, support Medicaid compliance work, and build executive dashboards for key risk indicators, partnering with multiple departments to improve consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in compliance, risk management or related areas.
• Strong people leadership experience.
• Ability to develop controls and communicate risk across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential loss sources to minimize risk.
• Develop and implement cost‑effective risk controls.
• Lead risk assessment discussions and regulatory guidance implementations.
• Create executive dashboards to summarize compliance risks and KPIs.
• Supervise a team and coach associates on audit readiness and compliance.
