Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze potential sources of loss and minimize risk across Humana
• Develop and implement controls to reduce risk and costs
• Lead and coach managers and professionals across functions
• Coordinate audit readiness and regulatory reporting with HCPR
• Create executive dashboards to summarize compliance risks and KPIs
• Oversee Medicaid prior authorization work from a compliance perspective
• Develop departmental strategy related to new initiatives or guidance
• Review IT change requests for regulatory compliance and impact
