Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a regulated compliance leader to directly oversee regulatory operations across assigned products and services. The role is fully remote and requires authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Expect to manage CMS responses, policy development, and cross-department guidance. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of regulatory, compliance, operations, or related experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory operations program components, including complaints and escalations.
• Research and apply CMS, DOI, OIG, and HIPAA regulations to create compliant processes.
• Coordinate Centene responses to CMS/Regulator information requests.
• Provide guidance on compliance requirements to multiple departments.
• Analyze CMS and marketplace regulatory issues and advise management.
• Ensure state and federal regulatory requirements are communicated and met across departments.
• Maintain tracking of laws, regulations, and contract documents.
• Ensure marketplace products/services comply with program and insurance regulations.
• Develop policies to align with CMS/contract requirements and update accordingly.
