Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior regulatory compliance leader for a fully remote role in the United States. The position requires authorization to work in the U.S.

without visa sponsorship and offers a pay range of $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year. You will oversee Ambetter Regulatory Operations, apply CMS, HIPAA, and related regulations, and coordinate responses to regulatory information requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of regulatory, compliance, operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, administer, and implement aspects of the Ambetter Regulatory Operations program, including complaints and grievance support.
• Research and apply CMS, DOI, OIG, and HIPAA regulations to create compliant processes.
• Coordinate and document responses to CMS/regulator information requests.
• Provide guidance on compliance issues and implement new regulatory requirements.
• Identify and analyze CMS and Marketplace regulatory issues and advise management.
• Partner with departments to ensure communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain laws, regulations, contract documents, amendments, and compliance measures.
• Ensure Marketplace products are tested for regulatory compliance and update policies per CMS/contract requirements.
