PacificSource is seeking a Director of Provider Network Operations in Portland, OR to lead the Provider Network divisions including Provider Relations, Credentialing, and Data Management. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory and NCQA compliance, and align with the company’s mission and values.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong collaboration with IT and analytics, and the ability to manage multi-faceted programs across Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing healthcare provider network operations or related functions.
• Experience leading Provider Relations, Credentialing, or Provider Data Management preferred.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies, network operations, compliance, and healthcare data management.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic initiatives for the Provider Network Operations division.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure interoperability and data integrity.
• Develop and implement provider education programs and relationship management strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, IT work plans, and resource allocation for the division.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate department staff and foster engagement.
