Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Director of Provider Escalations & Education. You will own the Health System Escalation function, drive scalable processes, and partner across executive teams to reduce escalations and improve outcomes.

You will design metrics, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows while building durable systems. The role combines operational excellence, pace, and hard problem solving in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in complex operational environments.
• Proven ability to deploy technology to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience delivering end-to-end initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong systems thinking and product mindset, with KPI ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality standards under pressure.
• Ability to lead through managers and distributed teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and durable system design.

Responsibilities

• Own Devoted’s Health System Escalation function and improve response time.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across executive, Network, Claims, Payment Integrity, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Lead through change with momentum, stability and culture.
• Design and own future-state escalation processes.
• Raise the talent bar across the organization.
• Build AI-enabled and human-in-the-loop workflows to improve quality and speed.
• Provide visibility into units of work, productivity, quality, cost, and workforce planning.
• Define and execute roadmap for scaling the function via automation and self-service.
