EMPLOYERS is seeking a senior leader to direct the Premium Audit Team and align audit activities with corporate objectives. The role requires deep knowledge of NCCI/WCIRB rules, state regulations, and a track record of cross-functional leadership across markets.

Responsibilities include policy development, financial controls, and training across departments. The position is remote, requires senior-level insurance audit experience, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 10+ years progressive professional experience in the insurance industry with management experience in premium audit.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire team(s) to achieve goals.
• Proven ability to implement changes company-wide.
• Advanced technical knowledge of manual rules (WCIRB or NCCI).
• Advanced knowledge of state regulations and documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced organization skills with deadlines and coaching.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Mansioni

• Lead and direct the Premium Audit Team across the organization.
• Establish policies, procedures and financial controls for data integrity.
• Maintain effective internal and external communications to support programs.
• Collaborate with business units to support new markets and programs.
• Oversee audits and invoices for accuracy and compliance; guide test audit programs and data quality.
• Support enterprise systems for agents, policyholders, and reporting bureaus.
• Plan staffing and vendor assignments within budget.
• Provide audit training to departments and agents.
