Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience is required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational oversight of the assigned pharmacy areas.
• Fulfills pharmacist duties and responsibilities as required in their practice area.
• Develops, prepares and implements guidelines, protocols, education materials and other resources for Enterprise Pharmacy.
• Collaborates with care teams and management in forums and committees.
• Ensures efficient operations and appropriate medication therapy management across the continuum of care.
• Provides leadership support to the Enterprise Pharmacy Leadership team.
• Supports and develops the pharmacist provider as part of the health care team.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation bodies and regulatory standards.
• Develops and audits department policies, clinical and operational procedures and collaborative practice agreements.
• Monitors medication utilization and cost trends to improve performance.
