Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering with 7+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership.
- 5+ years of experience leading ML and automation solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI including building or leading agentic workflows and/or agent orchestration.
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of engineering managers, staff engineers, and architects; manage contractors and interns.
- Own engineering delivery, health, reliability, and quality across the legal tech portfolio (SaaS and custom apps).
- Drive architecture reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and operational readiness.
- Partner with Product, Legal, and Cyber; hire, grow, and assess the legal engineering team.
