Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in robotics, technology innovation, or process improvement with focus on testing and deployment.
• Experience designing and executing test strategies for robotic solutions, hardware and software validation.

Responsibilities

• Test strategy development and hands-on testing for robotic solutions prior to deployment.
• Manage relationships with robotic manufacturers and coordinate updates and support.
• Evaluate software updates and releases for field deployment and performance.
• Create deployment training materials and ensure teams understand instructions.
• Define and track KPIs for robotic deployments aligned with client needs and ROI.
• Perform site walks and live demonstrations to assess readiness and gather feedback.
• Determine optimal robot quantity per site and develop business cases with pricing teams.
• Analyze ROI and guide decision-making for maximum value.
