Oasis Health Partners is building a scalable Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offering to support independent and community-based primary care practices.

As Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will own the full revenue cycle function for MSO clients—from coding and claim submission through payment posting, denials management, and AR follow-up—and serve as a senior trusted partner to the practices we support.

Responsabilités

• Direct all revenue cycle functions for MSO clients, including charge capture, coding, claim submission, payment posting, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as days in A/R, clean claim rate, denial rate, net collection rate, and first-pass resolution, and report results to leadership and clients.
• Identify revenue leakage and implement process improvements that raise collections and reduce write-offs.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to each client practice, covering charges, collections, adjustments, denials, A/R aging, and payor mix.
• Review and interpret payor contracts and fee schedules; support provider enrollment and credentialing; escalate payor disputes.
