Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Director of Consulting Services in the Energy sector to lead advisory engagements for utility-scale solar projects. The role combines client leadership with strategic guidance at the executive level.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver complex implementations, conduct due diligence, and shape service strategy while traveling ~25% to client sites as needed. This fully remote position supports growth across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical teams in renewables, energy, industrial data, instrumentation, or related fields.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong relationship-building skills.
• Extensive experience conducting technical due diligence and related methodologies.
• Strong leadership with ability to direct cross-functional teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and executive-level decision-making capabilities.
• Deep energy industry understanding with awareness of trends and developments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/energy/environment degree is a plus.

• Collaborate with advisory, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver complex solar implementation projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop tailored solutions.
• Oversee execution of technical due diligence ensuring accuracy and reliability of findings.

• Ensure high client satisfaction through top-tier consulting services.
• Coordinate with other business units to develop integrated client solutions.
