The Director will lead cross-functional projects, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on budgeting and compliance to ensure quality of service

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling processes in growing organizations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring in operational or educational settings.
• Proven leadership and remote team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
• Background in healthcare, education, workforce development, or related fields is beneficial.
