Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a Director of Network Security Engineering. This remote role can sit anywhere in the US and focuses on guiding a skilled security team, developing tooling and automation, and ensuring security across product lifecycles.

You will partner with leadership to advocate best practices and manage PCI/HIPAA/PII concerns. The position requires 10+ years in information security, 5+ years of leadership, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and presentation skills
• Ability to interface with IT resources, business contacts, and clients
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Experience handling PCI, HIPAA and PII data
• Strong leadership, technical development, and interpersonal skills
• Technical background in Network Security is desired

Responsibilities

• Steer security engineering function for prepaid and payment solutions
• Mentor a team of network security practitioners covering infrastructure security
• Develop security tooling, processes, and automation across the network
• Advocate for security best practices with senior leadership
• Present data on network security to leadership and drive improvements
• Participate in designs of architectural systems to maintain security and privacy
