Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a senior leader for Data Loss Prevention to define and drive data protection strategies across the organization. You will mentor direct reports, collaborate with stakeholders to classify regulated data, and lead the deployment of DLP, CASB, and data classification policies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise security tools, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, but not required.
• 4+ years of information security experience.
• Experience implementing or configuring enterprise security tools; incident response.
• Experience building DLP content detection rules and regex skills.

Responsibilities

• Define plan/strategy for DLP data protection aligned with leadership goals.
• Mentor and grow direct reports to meet team objectives.
