You will oversee a team of engineers who develop the core AI/ML platform and ensure its reliability at scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend services and a strong foundation in AI/ML.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing teams of ~8+ engineers with hands-on technical leadership.
• 8+ years direct hands-on technical contributor in backend services.
• 3+ years specifically building AI/ML production-grade services at scale.

• Design, deliver and operate the core AI/ML platform.
• Run AI/ML systems at scale in production.
