Job summary

Christianity Today is seeking a Director of Partner Engagement to build major donor relationships and secure funds to advance CT's mission.

You will manage a portfolio of ~75 donors, collaborate with leadership, and guide strategies for gifts from $5K to $100K+, traveling as needed.

This is a remote, full-time role based in Wheaton, IL, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to shape philanthropic strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years fundraising and major gifts experience.
• Christian nonprofit experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic portfolio of ~75 principal and major gift donors and prospects giving over $5K annually with tailored strategies to increase giving.
• Partner with CT leadership to transition mid-level engagement to personalized major gift relationships.
• Create donor-specific goals and stewardship plans based on passions, history and capacity.
• Develop and maintain a major donor pipeline through networking, CT events, prospect research, and database screening.
• Engage President's Council to identify meaningful relationship and investment opportunities.
• Maintain updated constituent records and provide monthly reports of connections and activity.
