Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Director, Learning & Customer Excellence to define and execute learning and capability strategies across Global Central Laboratories. You’ll develop competency frameworks and role-based pathways, align onboarding and training to business priorities, and lead customer experience initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/ vocational qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience comparable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the learning and capability strategy across Global Central Laboratories.
• Establish competency frameworks and role-based learning pathways for Project Management, design, and partnerships.
• Lead onboarding, training programs, and customer excellence initiatives to improve effectiveness.
• Oversee governance of content, curricula, LMS, and AI-enabled learning solutions for scalability.
• Drive VOC programs and continuous improvement to enhance customer outcomes and organizational performance.
