Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Director of Learning & Customer Excellence to define and execute learning, capability development, and customer experience strategies across Global Central Laboratories. You will create frameworks, onboarding programs, and governance to drive employee capability and client-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualifications.
• Previous experience that provides knowledge and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12 years).
• 5 years of management responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills.
• In some cases an equivalency of education, training and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Client Delivery learning and capability strategy.
• Establish competency frameworks and capability models across PM, PDM, and partnerships.
• Define role-based learning pathways and certification requirements.
• Lead onboarding programs and customer experience training.
• Oversee learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions to improve scalability.
• Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
