Job summary

Responsibilities include governance of risk assessments, workforce training, incident response, and alignment with HIPAA Security Rule requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Advanced degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all audit activities for IT systems and review results for trends.
• Build and manage a comprehensive HIPAA security program to protect ePHI.
• Develop and implement HIPAA and information security policies, standards and procedures.
