The ideal candidate has 10+ years in government contracting with leadership experience and a strong DoD/GovCon background.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• 10+ years in government contracting with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, SBA and related regs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contract Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle from award to closeout.
• Lead negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure 100% compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Program Management.
• Mentor contracts staff and implement scalable procedures.
