Job summary

MDI NetworX is a healthcare technology and operations partner seeking a Director, Finance to lead financial operations, accounting, reporting, and close processes. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and offshore finance oversight across onshore and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with scalable process design, controls, and documentation in a multi-shore operating model.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience, including director or senior manager level.
• Experience managing offshore, outsourced, or distributed teams in a multi-shore model.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight.
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core financial operations (AP/AR/GL and reporting).
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight with COO.
• Support audits and ensure financial compliance.
• Maintain strong financial controls and documentation.
