AES Renewable and Power is seeking a Director of Field Operations to lead safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of our renewable portfolio across the Eastern United States and Puerto Rico. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading multi-site operations teams.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DAS, and remote monitoring systems.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead solar, BESS, and wind field operations across Eastern United States and Puerto Rico.
• Oversee O&M activities across U.S. sites with third-party providers.
• Develop strategies to optimize costs while maintaining safety and reliability.
• Partner with Asset Management, Finance, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to maximize asset performance and profitability.
• Provide oversight of fleet availability, reliability, safety, operational performance, and cost management through defined KPIs.
