This remote role serves in a high-volume, high-leverage capacity across Mountain and Pacific time zones, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and external partners.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar admission in at least one state.
• Advanced credentials (LL.M., CFP or CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing estate planning resource; partner with planners on education and strategy.
• Resolve planner consultations via internal service queue within turnaround targets.
• Review and interpret estate planning documents; coach planners.
• Support adoption of estate planning technology; set escalation standards.
• Deliver firmwide education: CE programming, job aids and collateral.
• Contribute to firm's estate planning perspective; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, L&D and outside partners.
