Edelman Financial Engines, LLC is seeking a Director of Estate Planning to lead education, guidance and technology adoption for our national planning teams. The role blends deep technical estate planning work with broad, scalable education in a high-volume environment.

The candidate will partner with financial planners to provide strategy consultations on estate and wealth transfer, tax mitigation, incapacity planning, and business succession.

Qualifikationen

• JD required; active bar admission in at least one state.
• Advanced credentials (LL.M. in taxation or estate planning, CFP®, CPA) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary client-facing estate planning resource for planners and clients.
• Manage a national caseload with high-volume, high-leverage client consultations.
• Review and interpret estate planning documents with guidance for planners.
• Support adoption of estate planning technology and educate through firmwide sessions.
• Deliver education and client-facing collateral to scale estate planning expertise.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and outside partners to keep guidance current.
