Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience focused on trusts and estates.
• Extensive experience drafting and interpreting estate planning documents.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to non-attorneys.
• Experience developing educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors.
• Review and analyze complex estate planning documents.
• Identify planning opportunities and gaps in clients' estate plans.
