Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Science to define and execute the product strategy for a portfolio of data science products, including predictive models and forecasting solutions. The role leads PMs, partners with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture leadership, and ensures products are production-ready and enterprise-aligned.

You will set roadmaps, prioritize investments, and measure outcomes tied to business value, governance, and model performance.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in product management or product strategy.
• Three+ years managing data science, predictive analytics, or ML products.
• Experience taking predictive models from concept to production with measurable business impact.
• Experience with agile development is strongly preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments (claims, insurance, healthcare, financial services) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year roadmaps for data science product portfolio.
• Identify high-value opportunities for predictive modeling and forecasting with business impact.
• Frame problems for data science with clear success measures and operational use cases.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to align scope, sequencing, and investments.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams and monitor portfolio KPIs.
