Intec Select Limited is seeking a Director of Data to lead the data function across the United States. This senior role defines the data strategy, builds scalable capabilities, and ensures data drives commercial decisions and growth. The position is fully remote within the United States.

You will lead analytics, data engineering, and governance, partnering with executives to align data initiatives with business outcomes. A deep FS/regulatory background and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data, analytics, or data engineering roles.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to build and scale data teams.
• Strong data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to translate data initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop data, analytics and engineering teams.
• Own data architecture, platforms, governance and quality.
• Partner with executives to find data-driven opportunities.
• Develop scalable cloud-based data platforms and capabilities.
• Maintain data governance, security and regulatory standards.
• Support adoption of AI and advanced analytics across the org.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for executive decision-making.
