Job summary

Trace3 is looking for a Director of Data & Analytics Enablement to lead the initiative in defining and executing the enterprise data strategy. This position emphasizes modernizing reporting to enhance data consistency, leveraging Azure technologies, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in enterprise data and analytics, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building scalable teams. This is a remote position with a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $180,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, or related technology.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams and building scalable organizational structures.
• Proven success in transforming enterprise data and analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy and governance framework.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to modernize reporting.
• Lead cross-functional execution to ensure scalable and reliable data delivery.

Skills

Leadership experience in data and analytics
