Everlane is seeking a high-caliber Director to lead Company Planning, focusing on commercial finance and embedded business partnership. You will work with operating teams to challenge sales, margin, inventory, marketing, channel and customer assumptions, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

The role is a full-time remote position with a preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area, reporting to senior Everlane leadership.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in company planning, commercial finance or FP&A.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer businesses is required.
• Strong customer planning and digital marketing measurement experience.
• Technical capability to build driver-based financial models and analyze data.
• Track record of working with operating leaders to build forecasts and accountability.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Own the integrated sales forecast across channels and lead reforecasting with marketing, merchandising and ops.
• Forecast inventory levels and working capital; model margins and cash flow implications.
• Partner with Marketing to evaluate CAC, ROAS and channel allocations.
• Forecast new and retained customers, AOV and purchase frequency.
• Own annual budget and rolling forecasts with Group FP&A and functional leads.
• Build granular unit forecasts and reconcile per-unit revenue and costs for planning.
