Job summary

Everlane is seeking a highly motivated Director to lead our Company Planning function, focusing on commercial finance and embedded business partnership. You will work with operating teams to develop and challenge the sales, margin, inventory, marketing, channel and customer assumptions that drive our forecast, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

This full-time remote role reports to senior Everlane Leadership, with a preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in company planning, commercial finance or FP&A.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer businesses with hands-on sales, margin, inventory and channel analysis.
• Strong customer planning and digital marketing measurement, including forecasting new and retained customers, order value and frequency.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Margin planning: own the integrated sales forecast across channels and forecast gross margin and drivers.
• Inventory and working capital: forecast inventory levels, turns and weeks of supply; partner with planning and supply chain.
• Marketing effectiveness: evaluate CAC, ROAS, contribution margin and allocate across channels and segments.
• Customer planning: forecast new and retained customers, AOV, purchase frequency and revenue per customer.
• Annual budget and integrated planning: own the annual budget and rolling forecasts; align with Group FP&A.
• Business partnership: work with functional leaders to create expense forecasts and track risks and opportunities.
• Unit planning and economics: build granular unit forecasts and model per-unit revenue and costs.
