Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation, doing business as Cencora, seeks a Director of Commercial Compliance for the U.S. market. This remote, national role partners with leadership to shape a risk-based compliance program across promotion, patient interactions, and pricing oversight.

You will develop policies, governance, training, and escalation protocols, while ensuring independence in decision-making and handling conflicts of interest.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, public policy, compliance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive pharmaceutical or life-sciences compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical compliance requirements and enforcement.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical policies, controls, training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a risk-based commercial compliance strategy aligned with priorities and growth.
• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on promotion, HCP/patient interactions, and pricing reporting.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, governance, training, and escalation standards.
• Establish controls to protect independent decision-making and manage conflicts of interest.
• Design and oversee risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, remediation, and validation.
