Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director of Commercial Compliance to serve as the primary compliance partner for U.S. pharma commercialization. The role leads a risk-based framework, advises senior leaders, and challenges high-risk decisions while coordinating with product development and external capabilities.

The position requires a 10+ year background in pharmaceutical or life-sciences compliance and deep knowledge of U.S. promotional requirements, privacy and transparency obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with progress in pharma/compliance.
• Experience building/overseeing a pharmaceutical commercial compliance program.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. pharma compliance requirements and industry expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a risk-based commercial compliance strategy aligned with priorities and growth.
• Advise leaders on promotion, PHS interactions, patient-support programs, and pricing risks.
• Develop policies, governance, training, and escalation standards for commercial activities.
• Establish controls to protect independence, information, and avoid conflicts of interest.
• Design and oversee risk assessments, monitoring, investigations support, and remediation.
