Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine (LMU-CVM) invites applications for the Director of LMU Clinical DVM Program Operations and Assistant Professor. This is a remote faculty role combining veterinary education leadership with program operations and student success.

The successful candidate will work with the Executive Associate Dean and faculty to provide operational leadership for LMU's Clinical DVM Program, help shape curriculum, and promote high-quality clinical

Qualifications

• DVM degree required.
• MBA and/or board certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical veterinary practice or academia.

• LMU DVM Clinical Site Training Program
• LMU DVM Clinical Year Student Success Program
• LMU DVM Professional Quality Assurance Program
• Clinical education initiatives within LMU's hybrid distributed clinical education model
• Assessment of measurable student learning outcomes using qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Development and delivery of instructional materials
• Preparation of required reports
• Collaboration with students, faculty, staff, clinical affiliates, and external partners
• Participation in strategic initiatives supporting the mission and goals of LMU-CVM
• Representation of the college at appropriate professional programs and events
