Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• 10+ years grant writing or grants management.
• 10+ years of sponsored projects experience in government, non-profit, or academic settings.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including planning, development, evaluation, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse individuals across roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead institute-wide opportunity assessment, feasibility, and readiness processes to ensure alignment with mission and ROI.
• Synthesize CPD insights to inform leadership decision-making for planning and continuous improvement.
• Identify funding prospects and coordinate with partners to advance proposals and awards.
• Independently supervise a team managing pre-proposal and submission workflows, timelines, and frameworks.
• Lead and oversee proposal development, content strategy, and compliance to strengthen submissions.
