Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing capital investments and building business cases.
• Ability to influence executive decision making through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized pipeline of capital allocation opportunities and provide portfolio-level reporting.
• Maintain updated product roadmaps for launch timelines for each portfolio brand.
• Create and maintain the timelines associated with each identified investment opportunity.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely development of business cases and proposals.
• Review and challenge operational assumptions, forecasts, and strategic rationale underlying capital requests.
• Coordinate with Finance and the Corporate Transformation Office to monitor approved investments and conduct post-investment retrospectives.
