Silicon Ranch is seeking a Director of Asset Management to lead our operating fleet (over 200 solar plants, ~4 GW DC). You will own commercial performance, drive the asset management function, and serve as the commercial lead with offtakers, utilities, O&M providers, OEMs, and financiers.

The role requires building scalable processes and a strong governance cadence. You will manage a team from Associates to Sr.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in power generation or utility-scale renewable energy.
• 5+ years leading teams with portfolio-level accountability.
• Experience managing claims, warranty recoveries, and contract enforcement with O&M providers, OEMs, or EPCs.
• Experience with project-financed, tax equity, or sale-leaseback assets, including lender and investor reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Asset Management function and team.
• Set the Asset Management strategy, KPIs, and operating cadence for the fleet.
• Own revenue integrity end to end: invoicing, curtailment billing, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Oversee O&M providers and OEMs; enforce contracts and optimize performance.
• Prepare financial reports and communicate fleet performance to leadership.
