Job summary

Model N is seeking a Director, Business Services for Medicaid Operations to lead a critical area of our organization. Fully remote in the United States, this role will act as the Medicaid SME, shaping service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with clients and internal teams to drive performance and value.

You will build high‑performing teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide strategic initiatives across regulatory requirements, rebates, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with Medicaid agreements, including leadership of teams and client relationships.
• Proven people leadership with accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Experience leading through change and driving process improvement and operational transformation.
• Subject matter expertise in Medicaid rebates and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop best-in-class delivery processes to provide clients a positive experience.
• Drive efficiency, champion best practices, and lead change across the group.
• Review and approve Medicaid rebate deliverables, ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and SLAs.
• Lead setup and maintenance of customer contracts and data in Model N systems.
• Collaborate with GP Pricing and GTN teams and drive system enhancements with product teams including AI adoption.
