Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Innovative Customer Data Product Lead to define and manage customer-facing data products across payer, HCP, omnichannel, and engagement domains within Data Products and Foundations. This role focuses on embedding business meaning, standards, and metadata into data products to drive better targeting and engagement insights.

You will lead strategy, governance, and collaboration with analytics, technology, and business teams; remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma, healthcare, or data-focused roles with at least 5 years in customer data, omnichannel analytics, or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable, trusted data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, lifecycle management, and driving adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborating with Data Enablement, analytics, technology, and business teams to execute strategy and scale data products.
