Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior leader to shape the commercial data strategy and to drive AI-enabled capabilities that enhance pharmaceutical commercial performance and customer engagement at scale.

The role requires building and communicating data strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and owning CRM and engagement tools while guiding partnerships and vendor investments across a hybrid or on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in pharma/biotech commercial operations with data governance and CRM experience.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data assets and stakeholder influence.
