Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Director of AI Enablement & Security to join the Global Information Security and Technology team. You will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption while enforcing security controls, governance, and cost management.

Direct multiple teams across AI, IT, and security, partnering with Legal, DPO, and the GRC functions to balance velocity with risk. You will shape strategic roadmaps, build cross-functional relationships, and implement automated guardrails to protect data and ensure

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security, IT, or Infrastructure Engineering
• 5+ years managing and scaling multiple teams
• Deep understanding of AI systems (LLMs, MLOps, RAG, vector databases)

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-department AI strategy and enablement across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, HR, Product
• Chair or co-lead AI Governance Committee aligning product, legal and finance stakeholders
• Translate business needs into concrete technical roadmaps for security, IT and AI enablement
• Oversee AI security blueprint, automated guardrails, and enterprise FinOps framework
