Aumentum Technologies is seeking a Director of Customer Support to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Customer Support organization. This remote role oversees Support Services operations for existing customers, drives initiatives, and mentors leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in customer support or related software org.
• Proven ability to develop managers and lead teams to high performance.
• Strong communication, relationship management and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Customer Support organization.
• Develop and mentor Support leaders; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
