Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• At least 12 years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close processes.
• Experience supporting annual audits and Single Audit; NICRA familiarity.
• Nonprofit accounting expertise and federal awards knowledge required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Direct billing and revenue accounting for grants and contracts; ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Oversee AR/AP, payroll accounting, and internal controls.
• Lead audits coordination including SEFA and external auditors.
• Support Uniform Guidance, NICRA, and Federal awards compliance.
• Develop staff and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Leverage automation tools to increase efficiency.
